If you upload images to the website, please upload them in either PNG or JPG format. Please avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.


For legal purposes, retention purposes, and active consent purposes, this website seeks to make the learning experience more user-friendly by collecting personal data, such as name, email address, personal account preferences; transactional data, such as purchase information; and technical data, such as information about cookies. By default, WordPress does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users.

When you subscribe with us, we’ll ask you to provide an email address. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

— Send you information about your account and subscriptions. This may include payment receipts, password reset emails, and payment reminders.

— Create your membership account

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. If you visit our log in page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the log in cookies will be removed. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. We store information about you for as long as your account exists.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may also include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.) from other websites. Personal data is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third party embeds and plugins. We collect information about you during the signup process as well as some basic activities such as the dates you make purchases, login to the site, or cancel/pause/resume your subscriptions with us.

Who we share your data with

Third-party plugins of this site include: Avada (privacy policy), Mailchimp (privacy policy), Memberpress (privacy policy), Facebook, “Meta” (privacy policy), Vimeo (privacy policy), Godaddy (privacy policy), and MonsterInsights (privacy policy). Embedded content from these websites behaves in the exact same way as if you visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. Any additional information added in your Member Profile can also be visible to the Administrators. Members of our administrative team can access to the information you provide us, including your order information such as your membership subscriptions, payment dates and amounts, and username / email address.


We accept payments through Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

How we protect your data

To protect our users’ data, we have implemented technical measures such as encryption; security measures such as double opt-in and unsubscribe requirements. Additionally, our website is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) authenticated, housed on a private server hosted by Godaddy, and protect transactions with Memberpress and Stripe.

What rights you have over your data

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile (located on your Account page). You may see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information. If you have an account on this site, you may request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
